IGSA

University of Toronto

The Immunology Graduate Students Association (IGSA) is a student-run organization within the Department of Immunology that has one goal: to enhance your graduate school experience. Through social events, intramural sports, the annual departmental holiday party, and retreat, we aim to make your graduate school career memorable and, more importantly, fun! The association is composed of individuals who represent the graduate students in the department in various university organizations such as CUPE and the GSU. Others serve to organize Let's Talk Science events, Blackboard Immunology, and Easton Meet the Speaker lunches. The executive members attempt to bridge the physical distance between labs within the department and provide sometimes much needed advice regarding student life-related issues to incoming and current students.
